Brian is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in technology and other business sectors. He has a proven track record of managing and scaling finance, treasury and operations in technology companies. As the CFO at Spotwave Wireless where he was actively involved in equity and debt funding activities. Previously he was Comptroller, then COO/CFO for Rentalex Ltd. and Senior Financial Analyst for Siltronics Ltd. He has a B Comm. from Carleton University.
