DISTIL Interactive currently has an opening for a Sr. Account Representative.

Position Description:
DISTIL is in the process of expanding its sales team in Toronto and the United States.  The company is looking for high-energy, self-motivated sales people. DISTIL provides excellent S/E and pre-sales support to its sales team for demos, presentations and proposals

Overall Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate's activities will include:
- Build a personal pipeline of potential marquee accounts through cold calling and leveraging an existing personal network of appropriate companies
- Identify and contact prospective clients to determine product/services needs
- Devise plans and strategies to penetrate accounts
- Find solutions to clients' problems and communicate these effectively
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including coordination of Sales Engineer and pre-sales support involvement in demos, presentations and proposals.

Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate's credentials will include:
- A proven history of successfully inspiring C-level, upper and mid-level management to embrace pioneering, leading-edge technologies
- Effective cold-calling skills
- Ability to work out of home or at a remote office.
- Proven history of high-performance revenue achievements
- Background in the human resources and/or corporate training sector is helpful, but not compulsory.
- Strong business background that provides an ability to quickly recognize intuitive fits for serious training games in prospective companies, coupled with skills in being able to help prospective clients recognize the ROI and overall effectiveness benefits.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Head Office team mates.
